Troy was excellent and very personable! Answered ALL of my questions and took a considerable amount of time to fully explain. Also, he gave me tons of options to fix our problem and was understanding of all financial aspects. In addition, the convenience of all the communication from Cooks including phone calls to keep me up to speed on the time they would arrive for the service call was excellent!

I was very impressed with how well Cooks communicated with me on when and where the service gentleman was. I called and was able to get a service member the same day. My service member Troy was extremely knowledgeable. He had actually installed the furnace in my home a year prior before I bought the house so he knew all the ins and outs and explained everything to me. I won't call any other heating and air company but Cooks. They will certainly take care of you.

Cook has installed a/c, hot water heater, gas line / gas logs purchased from another company, and now a new furnace. Obviously, we find them to be wonderful to work with! Tommy and his installation crew have been wonderful and even came out on a very cold and icy Saturday to install the new furnace. Office staff and Garrett are also fabulous. We would call them for anything they do and any questions we may have! They treat us like family and we appreciate each and every one of the employees we work with.
